From the archives: Our presentation with Telefonica at last year's IBC Show
During this presentation, Telefonica and its Head of Product Development, will showcase how they applied conversion rate optimization through a data-driven approach, improving the Personalized User Experience of their viewers and identifying new monetization tactics. This was achieved through ContentWise Data Insights, which assisted in creating a data driven approach in regards to how the content discovery and recommendation initiatives may contribute to achieve relevant and measurable business goals. Additionally, it will go through how access to data is a key factor to define the success of product roadmap activities and its prioritization.
