August 28, 2019 – Belgrade, Serbia and Milan, Italy – United Cloud, the technology innovation and software arm of United Group, and ContentWise, the global provider of digital experience automation and personalization software for video operators, have entered into a strategic technology partnership agreement.
As part of the agreement, United Cloud will integrate ContentWise’s UX personalization management, metadata processing and analytics products into its backend platform and optimize its customer-facing services to enable the implementation of ContentWise in all future United Cloud deployments.
United Cloud is the maker of EON, an award-winning platform that brings live TV, catch-up TV and video on demand streaming services to a wide range of service providers across the South East Europe region. EON provides infrastructure, end-to-end video services and metadata delivery, as well as an innovative and easy to use interface.
ContentWise’s UX Engine introduces unprecedented levels of control and automation in the TV user experience, allowing operators to dynamically personalize each content selection, page or carousel and surface the best content for each subscriber.
