Milan, Italy, 5th October 2010 – Neptuny (www.neptuny.com) today announced that it has sold its Caplan technology, the flagship capacity management product, to BMC Software, Inc. [NYSE: BMC]. As part of the deal, Neptuny will rebrand to Moviri (www.moviri.com) which will represent the main provider of consultancy services for Caplan.
