  • ContentWise Solution Adds Personalized Search, Discovery and Recommendations
    to the Minerva 10 Platform

September 12, 2015, Amsterdam, NL – IBC — Minerva Networks, a leading provider of software solutions for connected entertainment, today announces new content navigation, personalization and discovery features of its Minerva 10 entertainment delivery platform, powered by ContentWise’s content search, discovery and recommendation solution. The integration will support personalization for live and on-demand content, enhancing subscriber engagement for pay TV operators.

The integration of the ContentWise solution with the Minerva 10 platform enables the delivery of personalized pay TV services across multiple devices. ContentWise’s automated content personalization system will ingest cross-device consumption data collected by the Minerva platform and provide recommendations based on usage history, overall program popularity, and target device. Recommendations will then be presented to subscribers through Minerva’s innovative user interface, delivering seamless access to recommended programming, regardless of content source. The ability to support multiple user profiles per account and to dynamically change the user interface layout based on ContentWise’s input will ensure highly targeted and personalized pay TV services.
